This elevated rustic wedding at Spring Hill Estate California was a dream to plan! Tommy, the groom, just so happens to be my little brother, so this wedding holds a special place in my heart. Tommy and Alyssa have been together since high school, and they met while she was in sports med and he was on the football team. Initially, Alyssa wanted to elope in Italy, but Tommy wanted a big, classic, Italian wedding to celebrate. And that’s exactly what he got.

We had originally planned their wedding around Alyssa’s family estate, but a month before the wedding we had to change venues. With Alyssa’s dad being peers with the owner of Spring Hill Estate (yes, the one where Scream was filmed!), we geared up with “change of details” cards and let all of the vendors and guests know. Having said that, everything happens for a reason. Their wedding turned out gorgeous and the venue is directly across from where our grandparents, aunt, and uncles all went to high school!

Tommy & Alyssa’s Rustic Countryside Spring Hill Estate California Wedding

Not only was I Tommy and Alyssa’s wedding planner, but I was also the maid of honor! It was so special to me to be a part of their wedding in many different ways. I loved being able to plan a wedding I knew would represent Tommy and Alyssa perfectly. We were able to celebrate both families Italian roots with the Italian and Tuscan vibes along with a little bit of country charm, and it was nothing short of perfect, if I do say so myself! The wedding favors were custom bagged pasta on the wall with a custom logo made by yours truly! They also had such a beautiful and delicious olive oil, balsamic, and bread bar for the late night snack! Everything came together seamlessly. It was such a beautiful celebration that I’m so happy I could be a part of.
