Natalie and Frankie’s wedding at French Oak Ranch in Santa Rosa, CA was one I’ll never forget. Not just because it was beautiful, but because I’ve known Natalie for 10+ years. We did competitive cheer together, and I remember the day she came to practice to tell me all about how her and Frankie were “official”. We were both so excited and jumping up and down. Fast forward to 2022, and she came to me when she got engaged to her first love. Natalie, Frankie and I worked hand in hand to create their dream wedding day that perfectly captured their personal styles and personalities – warm, organic, intentional, laid back luxury, and elevated simplistic. Being a part of Natalie and Frankie’s special day means more than they’ll ever know, and I can’t wait to share with you all of the details of their wedding day!

Natalie & Frankie’s Intentional French Oak Ranch Wedding

I saw this wedding as a fresh take on “minimal”. We wanted all of the elements of the day to enhance French Oak Ranch and let the focus be on that and the feeling of the event. The venue was gorgeous! French Oak Ranch is such a hidden gem in the Santa Rosa area, and it’s perfect for a modern wedding with a country inspired setting.

The venue is surrounded by a beautiful lake, lush trees, and rolling hills. It also offers a stunning arbor shade structure that overlooks the private lake. There’s a large grass gathering area, a sprawling patio with a wrap around bench for seating with views, and a converted Arabian horse barn. Natalie and Frankie certainly chose a perfect venue. I loved the vellum name tags on the cups, custom made bar, garden inspired escort display, and Natalie’s DIY signage. Natalie did all of the signage, paper goods, and little details herself while I brought the vision together. Working together to create her dream wedding was such an honor.
